CS Vishal Ambadas Dhomble

CS Vishal Ambadas Dhomble is Graduate in Commerce from Amravati University, Certified Trademark Professional and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Vishal is a Corporate Law Consultant and a Trainer. Vishal has extensive knowledge and experience of years in Corporate Governance and various Company Law matters.

Vishal started his career in the year 2014 as an Intern in Abhijit Dakhawe & Associates, Company Secretary Firm, and Snehal Phirange and Associates, Company Secretary Firm, Pune till 2017 and then from 2017 started his own PCS Firm and managing it successfully. Since then, Vishal has worked in the legal and secretarial vertical. Vishal is having vast experience in handling and advising on various company law and corporate law matters including incorporation of company, IPO, Rights Issue, Preferential Issues of securities, Board, Committees and shareholders meetings, mergers, amalgamations and restructuring of companies, certification & filing of various forms, returns, and other documents with MCA, ROC, SEBI & Stock Exchanges & Intellectual Property Laws.

Vishal has worked with large business houses catering to varied sectors such as Healthcare & Pharma, Automobiles, Consultancy, Infrastructure, Education, Real Estate, Financial Market, IT/ITeS, Gems & Jewelers, Dairy Products, Food, manufacturing, Market Research, Recycling and NGO's etc.

Piyush Parate

Piyush Parate is commerce graduate, also pursuing L.L.B degree and is currently undergoing his long -term training as a junior associate with VDA & Associates. He believes in that the more you read, the more things you will know; the more you know, the more you grow, the more you grow the more you provide to society and become the best version of yourself.

Palak Gupta

Palak Gupta is commerce graduate, is currently undergoing her long-term training as a junior associate with VDA & Associates. She is quick learner and believes that Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence.

Utkarsha Nadanwar

Utkarsha Nadanwar, a commerce graduate and CS Executive student, is currently undergoing her training as VDA & Associates. With a keen interest in corporate law and compliance, she is committed to developing her skills, achieving professional excellence, and contributing positively to the business community.

Gaurav Nagraj

Gaurav Nagraj is pursuing his third year of B.Com along with the CS Executive program, while undergoing professional training at VDA & Associates. Passionate about learning and growth, he aims to excel in corporate governance and contribute meaningfully to society.
